TIGP Miss India – United Kingdom Sariha Chowdhary wins Miss World Universal 2024 in USA

In a dazzling celebration of beauty, intellect, and cultural harmony, Sariha Chowdhary has risen to prominence, being crowned as the Winner of Miss World Universal 2024. 

Trained by TIGP for this International Pageant, she represented India as well as United Kingdom as Miss Indo – UK to represent the dual upbringing of her Indian mother and UK bred father who has a very modern mindset. She shared her upbringing on the International stage and showcased both the cultures with a lot of pride. This enchanting event saw Sariha, representing both the United Kingdom and India, emerge as a beacon of grace and brilliance, captivating hearts and minds with her exceptional poise and profound wisdom. She has been Trained, guided and mentored by The International Glamour Project (TIGP), a platform founded by Dr. Swaroop Puranik and Dr. Akshata Prabhu.

Currently studying Psychology in a college in Chennai, India, Sariha Chowdhary’s journey is a testament to the harmonious blend of diverse heritages.

The countries participating in this International Pageant Competition were USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Japan, Bahamas, India and more. The contestants competed in various rounds like Fitness, Interview, Q & A and Evening Gown. This International Pageant was conducted on the Royal Carribean Cruise – Navigator of the Seas that embarked on a voyage from Los Angeles all the way to Mexico and back. The contestants paraded in American Designerwear with scarlet blue Opening Number Cocktail Dresses and concluded the event with an Evening Gown. The World Universal Pageant embodies the spirit of inclusivity, acceptance and diversity. It chooses to crown women who believe in spreading the message of equal opportunities accross race, nationality, colour and gender.

As a dedicated student of psychology, Sariha showed her prowess in the Interview Round and won hearts impressing the Jury Panel. Sariha’s passion for understanding the human mind turned out not only deep but also inspiring. This 20-yr old’s focus on mental health reflects a compassionate heart and a keen intellect, both of which she has harnessed to advocate for a cause that is often overlooked. Sariha’s academic pursuits are not merely academic; they are a heartfelt mission to bring about positive change in the lives of those who struggle with mental health issues. Her dedication to this noble cause has resonated with many, adding a layer of depth to her already impressive persona.

At the Miss World Universal Pageant, Sariha’s presence was nothing short of mesmerizing. Draped in elegance and exuding confidence, her Evening Gown depicted the intricacies of Indian creativity around the upper half and the ball gown on the lower half of the gown signified the British culture. She walked the stage as a true queen, embodying the essence of Indo-UK,beauty and intellect. Sariha’s ability to seamlessly transition between her roles as a student, advocate, and pageant contestant is a reflection of her multifaceted personality and her commitment to excellence making her the most deserving candidate for winning the title of Miss World Universal 2024.
